    Description

    For your consideration, I am very pleased to offer this pair of old antique handmade apple core wooden spools. This is a great set with the larger being carved by hand. They both have very dark, untouched patinas and great forms. They are perfect for display as is or covered with strips of early fabric. This listing is for both pieces shown, and they come to you ready for display from a smoke free home. Please see all photos as they do show signs of age, wear and use, including surface abrasions, a few old critter holes and an area of loss on the edge of the smaller spool. They measure approximately 4 and 3.25 inches tall.
