Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any product.
Ground Therapy’s grounding products are extremely durable, and with minimal care should last for years or a lifetime to come. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace your product if sent back to us within 1 week of you receiving our product.
If an Item is to be RETURNED to us with a "DEFECT" - this must be done within 5 Days of receipt of the Item by you as the Customer (delivery date verified by Tracking Number here on eBay.)
