Description
Edward Marshall Boehm (1913-1969), an American artist and sculptor, is well known for his desirable line of dog figurines. This is the English Springer Spaniel in the liver and white colorway, Boehm Studiomark 112. It was produced in an edition of only 100 pieces and retired from production in 1959. It is signed Boehm under the foot. This figurine is only being offered for sale because it is a duplicate in my own Boehm collection. The figurine measures 6 1/2" tall by 8” long. It is beautifully decorated, with those well recognized Boehm eyes, and striking coloring. A splendid figurine for the devoted Boehm and Springer dog collector. Please see our other auctions for more vintage Boehm figurines. We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases, when feasible.Mint condition as examined under black light and lighted magnification. No chips, cracks, repairs or restorations. Please enlarge and examine all photos as they are considered part of the description.
