    It is in a New Black 8"X 10" Mat, and will fit any Commercial Frame with this size window opening.
    It is clean with no foxing or other damage.
    This is GUARANTEED TO BE AN OLD PRINT FROM 1937 by LUCY DAWSON.
    It will be shipped between layers of new Cardboard sheets, and a
    Poly Envelope to protect it from undesirable weather conditions.
