    Here is a nice rare 18th century, pre 1900 in date naval officer's ruler with brass hinges in original condition. The oxbone surface has a nice patina from age with wear and nicely shaped hinges. Originally from Leith docks, Edinburgh Scotland from a gentleman's maritime collection. Measuring 4.5 inches long
