Matching fabric with elastic with same fabric bow. The dress is for a 14 " reborn the Measurements : Shoulder to hem is 9 ' .. Shoulder to Shoulder 5 " ... Neck 5 3/4 " ... Sleeve 21/2 " with a 4 inch elastic . Bodice is 5 1/2 ".  Bonnet Front to back 3 3/4 " ear to ear 9 ".. Panties 4 1/2 " L -10 "  elastic waist  and will stretch to 13 " with a 10" elastic..
